Brief introduction:

The gas dissolution pump dissolves air in clean water at a pressure of 3.5~4bar, and the gas-containing water is released when it passes through the releaser. Due to the sudden decompression, a large number of microbubbles are generated. These microbubbles stick together with oil, suspended solids and other impurities, and then float to the surface of the water through the rise of microbubbles, and move to the scum pool through the scraper to achieve the purpose of water purification.

Apply:

Remove oil slicks and suspended solids in pre- and post-treatment wastewater such as oil refining, paint, light industry, laundry printing and dyeing, catering kitchen wastewater, and fine chemicals.

System Process:

It is a corrugated plate clarifier (CPI), → dissolved gas flotation tank (DAF), → PH conditioning tank→ quartz sand filtration→ activated carbon filtration.

It mainly removes suspended solids, oils and COD in wastewater to meet local discharge standards.
